Catch a ride from anywhere in Crawford County to the Thursday night Celebrate Recovery meeting in Conneaut Lake, PA.


Hello, RECOVERY ROAD WARRIORS! We are on the (literal) Recovery Road every Thursday evening to the Conneaut Lake, PA Celebrate Recovery meeting. Pick-ups begin around 4pm for Crawford County residents. This CR meeting includes a meal once per month, on the FIRST THURSDAY, only. We will arrive early on the first Thursday of the month at 5:30 pm to enjoy a summer BBQ with them, and the CR meeting starts at 6:00 pm. We will plan to arrive at Lighthouse Community Church on the other Thursday's at 6:00 pm for snacks and the regular meeting. So, if you want to ride along to the Lighthouse Community Church in Conneaut Lake, PA, and you live in Crawford County, RSVP by filling out the Recovery Road Warrior INTEREST FORM on this page.

TFO Farm CAMPFIRE Community Advisory Team (C.A.T.) Meeting

Calling all friends! In the interest of making our equine-assisted program a truly community-led effort, you are invited to apply to serve on the TFO Farm Community Advisory Team (C.A.T.). Volunteer C.A.T. members may attend our monthly campfire-side meetings to fellowship with us and offer insights and suggestions to the TFO Farm program development staff. Please let us know your interest by filling out and submitting this application form.


We meet monthly in the winter months (Nov. - Mar.), except December by Zoom conference call. In the spring, summer and early fall months, you may join us in-person around the campfire. Please join us for the next TFO Farm Community Advisory Team meeting:

TFO Farm Horse Camp Out Weekend

This weekend get-away at Too Far Out Farm is exclusively open to students, volunteers & donors! Too Far Out Farm will be open to YOU for a whole weekend in October! Come camp with the herd and enjoy the planned activities!

  • Trail Riding & "Horse Hikes"

  • Lotsa "Serenity Sitting" on the deck

Come celebrate the goodness of God, TFO Farm style! Cowboys for Christ Preacher, Steve Richmond will be sharing a message from the Bible and we'll lift our voices in praise around the campfire.

Horse Power Hour: The Winter Series

Life Hacks from the Herd...


Re-energize your body, renew your mind, replenish your "tank" and learn life hacks from the herd through weekly equine-assisted learning (EAL) sessions being offered at Too Far Out Farm LLC, throughout the winter months.


Grab your friends, dress for the weather, and head on over for an afternoon of Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL), horseplay, exercises, and just plain good company. Equine-Assisted Recovery Coach, Deb Peterson and her herd will facilitate a 120-minute "hour" of HORSE POWER activities. Bring your honest heart, open mind and willing spirit to experience an educational, safe & meaningful connection with the horses at the Too Far Out Farm arena. No horse experience is necessary.

  • HOW MUCH: $30* per person - After you submit the form on this page, you will receive a registration email with payment options. Payment secures your place in class. (* There is a $3.85 Eventbrite registration fee, if you choose that payment option.)

Class may be cancelled if the weather conditions are too dangerous for travel or otherwise unfit for safe and effective outdoor learning activities.  We cannot offer refunds for weather cancellations, however we will text/call you and offer you another date.

12 Days of Christmas Party at The Farm

It's a celebration! It's education! It's inspiration! We are commemorating Jesus' birth in a very non-traditional way. This FREE event is like no other you'll attend this holiday season! And seeing that it is on January 7th (Russian Christmas), it will likely be your last holiday party of the season! As a matter of fact, it may be just what you have been searching for to properly conclude 2025 and kick off the new year right. Let's do it together, TFO Farm style!

Come to this unique Christmas celebration, and YES, our herd of horses will be there to help us learn what we didn't know we needed to know! There will be fun games, snacky foods, horsey activities, and opportunities to experience an equine-assisted exercise with our horses!
